Oh, my brews!

I have, so far, been able to brew up a series of fairly successful brews. Most of the brewing I take part in involve meads. There is just something very satisfying about making your own alcoholic beverages. Most people would go for beer, which only takes a couple of weeks before being drinkable, but meads, which take about 6 months or more to really be drinkable. The end results have been very satisfying. I'll get pictures and reviews posted soon!
